THE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSACTIONS ACT, 2002 The provisions of Sections 11, 12, 13 and 22 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (Act No. 25 of 2002), as regards contracting by way of data message or other electronic communication, are expressly excluded by Corporate Consulting Co, and no data message or electronic communication will be recognised as having legal contractual status unless reduced to physical writing, and unless having been physically signed by Corporate Consulting Co.
